1PM – Opening Ceremony Welcome to the 2019 HackHunterdon Hackathon! We’ll cover house rules, the event schedule, answer questions…and, of course, go over the prize package and categories.
1:45PM – Pitching | Team Building Begins Got an idea you want to build on? Pitch it to the group and build your team. If not, join an existing team and get creating.
2:30PM – Hacking Underway Ready, set, build!
3PM – Snack sponsored by Costco
6PM – Dinner sponsored by Chick-fil-a
10:30PM – Late Night Snack sponsored by Chimney Rock Inn
11PM – 5:00 AM – Various Games & Activities: Take a break and get your blood moving with bubble balls, corn hole, basketball, and more in the fieldhouse and courtyard!
Sunday | June 9
7AM – Breakfast Sponsored by McDonalds
8:30AM – Preliminary Pitching Teams pitch their ideas to the judge and get feedback on their presentations.
10:30AM – Finalists Announced The top 10 teams will be chosen to present at the closing ceremony. We encourage all teams to stay for the closing ceremony as there will be over $500 in additional awards and swag bags will be distributed.
11AM – Closing Ceremony Time for teams to pitch their ideas and chase that top prize. Judges will deliberate and prizes will be awarded.
1PM – Event Closes
NOTE: Snacks and beverages sponsored by ShopRite will be provided throughout the event.
